We will first complete your Preventative Maintenance items each visit, then we will discuss how to use remaining time to work on any punch list tasks you have accumulated.

  • Quarter 1 - Replace Air Filters (included in pricing!) Light Bulb Replacement, Fire Safety Check, and our Interior Home Health Walkthrough. 

    Quarter 2 - Replace Air Filters, Light Bulb Replacement, and our Door Functionality Service.  

    Quarter 3 - Replace Air Filters, Light Bulb Replacement, Fire Safety Check, and Exterior Home Health Walkthrough.

    Quarter 4 - Replace Air Filters, Light Bulb Replacement, and our Plumbing Visual Inspection. 

    Additional Program Benefits - We will offer priority referrals to our subcontract partners, 10% discounts on all other Homestable services, and referral discounts for all customers that are currently enrolled in our Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Program

  • Air Filter Replacement - Our Home Technician will provide and replace two of your air filters. Includes disposal.

    Light Bulb Replacement - Interior or Exterior, our Home Technician will replace up to five light bulbs that you have on hand up to 12 feet from the ground.

    Fire Safety Check - Replace all batteries in Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors and we will provide the batteries for up to 5 units. We will also check if any fire extinguishers are still charged and good to go.

    Home Health Walkthrough (Interior) - Our professional home technician will walk through your home and make notes and recommendations of any concerns, suggestions, or general feedback in a report sent to you after our visit. Settling cracks, damaged drywall, unbalanced ceiling fans, or other issues may be hard to spot, but if we see anything that might need addressing we can also provide pricing to take care of the problem.

    Door Functionality Service - If you have an automatic garage door we will make sure all is working well with it and report back any issues we find. Additionally, we will check all interior and exterior doors and make sure the hinges are tight and free of squeaking. We will lube or tighten any hinges as needed.

    Home Health Walkthrough (Exterior) - Our professional home technician will walk around the outside of your home and make notes and recommendations regarding leaky hose faucets, critter entry points, foundation cracking, damaged shingles, etc that we see and send it to you in a report after our visit.

    Plumbing Visual Inspection - Our Home Technician will test and inspect every faucet and pipe we can find to make sure you don't have any leaks or issues. Finally, we will inspect any water heaters you have to look for damage or issues and let you know current temperatures and recommended actions.
